Key Duties
- Assist the Project Manager with project planning and scheduling
- Track tasks, milestones, and deadlines
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
- Follow up on action items and task completion
- Update project management tools (Jira, Slack, etc.)
- Identify risks and issues and report proactively
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 1 to 3 years' experience in project coordination or assistant roles
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience in working with tools like Jira, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to perform effectively alone or in group settings
