Job Summary:
GeezJobs is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment process. This role involves assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both clients and job seekers. If you have a passion for recruitment and a keen eye for talent, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking system.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate transition.
- Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Conduct market research on hiring trends and candidate expectations.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and HR best practices.
- Provide general support to the recruitment team in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional HR approach.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
