Job Description
The Assistant Technician supports production and maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment, particularly in plastic, pipe, or polymer processing operations.
The role involves assisting in machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring production processes meet quality and safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+1 or 10+2 education level in a technical or related field
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in plastic, pipe, or polymer manufacturing
- Familiarity with PVC and HDPE production machines and basic maintenance procedures
- Basic understanding of machine operation, setup, and safety practices
- Exposure to ISO quality standards and manufacturing quality control processes
- Ability to follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
