GeezJobs is currently managing multiple corporate clients with diverse human capital needs. To support our ongoing projects and high-volume recruitment contracts, we are expanding our network of Associate Trainers and Consultants. We are looking for dedicated professionals who can deliver high-quality training and leadership development on a flexible, on-call basis.
I. Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Facilitate high-impact, interactive training sessions for corporate employees at various professional levels.
- Curriculum Development: Design and customize training modules, manuals, and presentations based on specific client requirements.
- On-Call Availability: Maintain a "standby" status to respond to urgent client calls and training requests at short notice.
- Skill Gap Analysis: Conduct pre-training assessments to identify the specific needs of the trainees.
- Performance Monitoring: Track trainee progress and provide detailed post-training evaluation reports.
- Executive Coaching: Provide one-on-one strategic guidance for senior leadership when required.
- Consultation: Participate in discovery meetings with GeezJobs clients to align training objectives with business goals.
II. Target Categories & Expertise Levels
- Executive & Senior Leadership (5+ years exp)
- Focus: Strategic Thinking, Change Management, KPI Frameworks, and Corporate Governance.
- Mid-Level Professionals (2–5 years exp)
- Focus: Project Management, Team Supervision, Advanced Communication, and Critical Thinking.
- Juniors & Entry-Level (0–2 years exp)
- Focus: Workplace Ethics, Time Management, Basic Soft Skills, and Professionalism.
III. Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Masters preferred) in Business Administration (MBA), HR Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Professional Background: Proven track record in corporate training (Senior partners should have 3+ years of industry experience).
- Technical Skills: Mastery of modern training tools, LMS platforms, and virtual meeting software (Zoom/Teams).
- Languages: Native-level fluency in Amharic and professional proficiency in English.
- Flexibility: Must be reachable "any time" for client consultations and ready for rapid deployment.
