Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Auditor to join our team and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and transparency of financial and operational processes within our healthcare organization. The successful candidate will assess internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and help maintain accountability across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits on financial records, procurement, and operational systems.
- Evaluate compliance with healthcare policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to implement audit findings.
- Monitor risk management practices and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years & above proven experience, preferably as an Auditor
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Ethiopian financial and audit regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and integrity.
