Job Summary
We are seeking Auto Mechanic S/he will particularly be responsible for the following duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Performs any type of mechanical repairs on any type of vehicle system.
- Doing minor and major overhauling work on any type of vehicle by removing and unloading any mechanical item from the vehicle;
- Prepare a list of spare parts to be replaced with their serial numbers and submit them to maintenance control.
- Facilitating the use of modified parts for reconditioning;
- If vehicles are not issued a work order until they are given continued deployment as soon as they are brought in from abroad; In preventive maintenance, according to the detailed instructions given by the technical head or the immediate superior, together with the assistant mechanic, check if there is a problem found and report to the immediate superior or the documentation staff;
- Proposing and facilitating the right spare parts to be installed on the assigned vehicle to be decided by the immediate superior so that they can be filled and spent by the item costing SR;
- After installing the new item on the assigned vehicle, prepare the old items that were removed from the vehicle to be returned to the used warehouse;
- If he prepares the items that need to be repaired by the outside repair service at the assigned location and sends an outside repair order to be prepared later if decided by his immediate superior;
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the work environment and equipment in an appropriate manner;
Qualifications
- Graduated with a diploma in auto mechanics from a technical school or polytechnic and has 8 years of work experience, or graduated with 10+3 from a recognized college and has worked in the profession for 10 years, or graduated with a certificate in the profession and has worked in the profession for 13 years.
