Banking Business Officer

About the Job:

• The Banking Business Officer is responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day banking operations, providing high-quality service to clients, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. The role requires strong analytical, interpersonal, and operational skills to contribute effectively to the branch’s performance.

Qualification and Experience:

• B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in financial institutions
• At least 1 year as Junior Banking Business Officer or in an equivalent position

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and provide solutions to meet their financial needs
• Support branch operations, including account management, deposits, withdrawals, and loan processing
• Assist in achieving branch sales targets and business growth objectives
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and operational procedures
• Monitor and report on branch performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience
