Job Summary
Under the general guidance and direction of the Branch Coordination Division Manager, the Branch Manager plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and controls the operational activities of the branch. The role is responsible for ensuring the effective utilization of branch resources, overseeing financial and administrative operations, delivering quality customer service, managing human resources, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Branch Operations Management
- Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control the business operations and activities of the branch.
- Implement approved policies and procedures governing branch operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and the Company's human resource policies and procedures.
- Ensure the adequate and efficient utilization of human, financial, material, and other resources allocated to the branch.
- Execute assignments, directives, and operational activities delegated by the Head Office.
- Prepare operational plans and annual budget proposals and submit them for review and approval.
- Develop, implement, and maintain modern management systems that improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure all branch activities support the Company's objectives and exceed customer expectations.
Customer Service & Business Development
- Ensure effective and efficient customer service delivery in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Handle customer complaints, staff queries, and operational issues, escalating matters beyond branch authority when necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with customer organizations and ensure contractual service standards are achieved.
Human Resource Management
- Conduct recruitment activities to fulfill staffing requirements for outsourced positions including security guards, cleaners, messengers, drivers, gardeners, and related roles.
- Orient, train, assign, and monitor the probation performance of newly recruited employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and employee databases.
- Administer remuneration, performance management, disciplinary actions, leave management, and other personnel matters.
- Schedule and administer employee leave in accordance with labor law and Company policies.
- Identify employee training needs and coordinate appropriate training and development programs.
- Conduct periodic staff performance evaluations and support employee development initiatives.
- Create and maintain a positive working environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
Financial Management
- Approve payment vouchers, purchase requisitions, store issue vouchers, and other financial documents within delegated authority.
- Ensure financial transactions are properly maintained, recorded, balanced, and closed on time.
- Ensure branch financial operations, reporting, and cash handling comply with Company rules and procedures.
- Facilitate adequate cash supply based on operational requirements and approved cash limits.
- Utilize resources according to approved work plans and budgets within authorized limits.
- Take full responsibility and accountability for Company resources and assets assigned to the branch.
Administration & Compliance
- Manage Company real estate properties, fund administration, security, cleaning services, rent collection, and related administrative activities.
- Ensure branch documents, personnel files, and records are securely maintained.
- Promptly address audit findings and rectify reported discrepancies.
- Submit regular and special reports on branch performance and operations according to the Company's reporting framework.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields.
Experience
- Master’s Degree: Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
