Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the branch. The role involves active engagement in all operational activities based on the workload and operational demands of the branch.
The position ensures the branch achieves its objectives by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing the annual action plan for the branch.
- Managing and utilizing available resources effectively to achieve planned goals.
- Ensuring proper implementation of organizational policies and procedures across all branch operations.
- Monitoring branch activities and preparing periodic performance reports for management review.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- MA/MBA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or other related fields with 6.5 years of relevant experience,
OR
- BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry,
Of which:
- 2 years of experience must be in the position of Customer Service Manager Grade B, or
- 3 years of experience as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
