About the Job
The Branch Manager Grade C is responsible for overseeing overall branch performance, ensuring achievement of business targets, maintaining service quality, and managing branch operations in line with organizational policies and banking regulations. The role also involves leading staff, improving customer satisfaction, and driving portfolio growth and operational efficiency.
About You
Requirements:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field
- OR BA with higher experience requirement
- 6.5–8.5 years of banking experience
- At least 2–3 years in senior branch/customer service management roles
