About the Job
The Branch Manager I (IFB Branch) is responsible for overseeing the overall branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, portfolio growth, and compliance with banking policies and Islamic Finance principles. The role focuses on managing staff performance, customer service excellence, and achieving branch business targets while maintaining operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth daily banking activities.
- Develop and implement branch business plans, targets, and performance strategies.
- Ensure growth and quality of the loan and deposit portfolio in line with IFB principles.
- Supervise and guide branch staff to achieve service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee customer service delivery and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Review financial performance reports and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure proper risk management and internal control systems are maintained.
- Coordinate marketing and outreach activities to expand the branch customer base.
- Prepare and submit periodic performance and operational reports to head office.
About You
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or related field.
