As we prepare to scale both locally and internationally, we are seeking a driven and capable Business Analyst to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in executing strategic and operational initiatives.

Role Summary

The Business Analyst will work closely with the COO to build and enhance the operational foundations necessary for Krimson’s growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for solving complex business problems, and the drive to deliver tangible results. This is a high-impact role requiring creativity, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Insights

• Collect, analyse, and interpret operational and financial data to support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Operational & Governance Framework Development

• Support the rollout and maintenance of policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks across departments.
• Assist in documenting workflows, processes, and internal controls to support scalability and compliance.

Process Improvement & Implementation

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in existing processes.
• Lead or support the implementation of new systems, processes, or controls across departments.

Project Support & Strategic Execution

• Provide coordination and analytical support for strategic projects led by the COO.
• Work across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project goals.

Innovation & Technology Integration

• Research and recommend tools or technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation and onboarding of new systems and platforms.

General Support

• Perform other duties as assigned by the COO, including ad-hoc analysis and administrative support for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in a business analysis, consulting, operations, or strategy role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
• Familiarity with business process mapping tools and project management software is a plus.
