Lumina Capital PLC is a newly established Economic and Investment advisory firm based in Addis Ababa. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
- Draft, and proofread company documents, reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Execute routine company tasks such as tax payments, document filing, and correspondence handling.
- Create, manage, and publish engaging content across the company’s social media channels.
- Assist in organizing internal workflows and maintaining efficient documentation systems.
- Contribute to developing internal processes and supporting special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field. (Accounting, Finance, or Business-related fields are preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent writing and document-handling skills, with attention to structure and clarity.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
