Call Center (250USD + 8 hours + flexible hour)

Responsibilities

• Call and speak with international customers
• Explain services in a clear and simple way
• Ask questions and understand customer needs
• Persuade customers and close deals
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Follow up and keep communication active
• Work with the team to hit targets

Requirements

• Fluent English is a must (C1 level or above)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Good at negotiating and convincing people
• Confident on calls and comfortable talking a lot
• Any educational background can apply
• Motivated, active, and ready to learn
• Able to work in a target-based environment
