About the Job
On behalf of our client, we are looking for friendly and motivated people to join our team as Call Center agents. You will communicate with international customers, explain our services in a clear and confident way, and help businesses grow.
This role involves speaking with clients, understanding their needs, and persuading them to choose our solutions. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and working in a dynamic, goal-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Call and speak with international customers
- Explain services in a clear and simple way
- Ask questions and understand customer needs
- Persuade customers and close deals
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Follow up and keep communication active
- Work with the team to hit targets
Requirements
- Fluent English is a must (C1 level or above)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good at negotiating and convincing people
- Confident on calls and comfortable talking a lot
- Any educational background can apply
- Motivated, active, and ready to learn
- Able to work in a target-based environment
Benefits
