Job Description
We are looking for a driven and energetic Call Center Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and support outbound sales efforts for international clients.
The role focuses on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments while delivering excellent customer interaction and representing the company professionally.
Working Hours
- 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Local Time)
- Aligned with international (serving time) operations
Key Responsibilities
The position focuses on outbound calling, lead generation, and sales support.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce products or services
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and business needs
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
- Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads
- Handle objections professionally and provide relevant information
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer experience in all interactions
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 0–2 years of experience in call center, sales, or customer service roles
- Experience in outbound sales or SDR roles is an advantage
Skills
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Confidence in handling calls and engaging with clients
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Good listening and objection-handling abilities
- Ability to work under targets and performance pressure
- Strong time management and organizational skills
