Job Summary
Fly Addis is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Call Center & TikTok Live Host to handle customer calls and represent the company on live TikTok sessions to promote services and engage with followers.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage customer calls professionally.
- Provide information and support related to Fly Addis services.
- Record customer feedback and assist with bookings.
- Host TikTok live sessions to promote Fly Addis services.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments in real-time.
- Maintain a friendly, confident, and professional presence online and on calls.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in customer service or social media hosting preferred.
- Excellent communication in Amharic and English.
- Confident, presentable, and good on camera.
- Basic computer and social media skills.
