Job Summary

Fly Addis is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Call Center & TikTok Live Host to handle customer calls and represent the company on live TikTok sessions to promote services and engage with followers.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage customer calls professionally.
• Provide information and support related to Fly Addis services.
• Record customer feedback and assist with bookings.
• Host TikTok live sessions to promote Fly Addis services.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments in real-time.
• Maintain a friendly, confident, and professional presence online and on calls.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in customer service or social media hosting preferred.
• Excellent communication in Amharic and English.
• Confident, presentable, and good on camera.
• Basic computer and social media skills.
