Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cargo Sales Agent, based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Cargo Sales Agent will be responsible for managing daily cargo handling and sales operations, ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient movement of freight while supporting revenue generation and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating import and export cargo activities
- Preparing and verifying shipping and airway bill documentation
- Overseeing loading and offloading processes
- Liaising with freight forwarders, agents, and internal teams
- Supporting cargo sales activities and customer inquiries
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ airline cargo experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of airline cargo operations and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
