Job Purpose:
Facilitate the planning and implementation of all WFP activities in line with CFM minimum standards by closely working with the program team, commodity staff and stakeholders at the woreda level. Ensure the complaints are identified, received and respond as per the minimum CFM. Lead and facilitate the establishment of CFM platforms, awareness creation for project participants on their entitlement, targeting criteria, where and when distribution is takes place etc. Recommend functional and practical CFM solutions and processes based on key stakeholder responses and interactions. Maintain a strong and smooth relationship with woreda and Kebele /Center level major stakeholders in planning and implementing the program as per the minimum standards
Major Responsibilities
- Ensure the establishment of proper Feedback mechanism platforms at the FDP level
- Lead and capacitate the community help desk (CHD committee in pre, during, and post distribution
- Create awareness for the project's primary participants on the overall Food Assistance, the role, and responsibilities of each actor in the whole process of the assistance
- Compile and report using available (digital and paper-based) finding reports as per the reporting timeline
- Maintain a strong and smooth relationship with the woreda and Kebele /Center level major stakeholders in planning and implementing the program
Required Education, training, license, registration, and/or Certification
- BA/BSc Degree/Diploma in Agric. Econ, Disaster Management, Rural Development, and Economics &Dev’s. Studies
Required Professional Experience
- 1-3 Years of experience

- Amharic

- Aff Somali
Required travel and/or work environment accommodations
- Willingness to work in IDPs and FDPs
Position’s physical requirements
- 100% travel to FDPs, including over the weekends
