About the Job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits and bank relationships, cost and revenue management. Ensure accuracy of financial recording and compliance with the best financial management principles and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks
Requirements
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction or infrastructure development
- Track record of driving financial strategy and business growth
- Ability to manage relationships with banks, investors and regulatory bodies
- Familiarity with international financial standards (IFRS) and tax laws
- Change management and process improvement expertise
- High integrity, with commitment to transparency and accountability
Qualifications
- BA or Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields
- CPA or SCCA Certification is highly preferred
- Minimum 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 10 years in managerial position
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, regulatory compliance and risk management practice
- Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proven experience in managing accounting, treasury, tax, audit, cost control and investor relationship
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
