We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Child Care Trainer to lead the professional growth of our trainees. In this role, the child care trainer won't just be teaching; he/she will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that meet the requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging Curriculum Design, modules on topics, learning frameworks, behavioral management, and inclusive classroom practices.
- Provide basic skills for trainees, which include child feeding, grooming, sanitation, and nutritional support
- Ensure all training aligns with health and safety regulations,
- Shape trainees to become effective childcare professionalsA
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training through observations and feedback,
Requirement
- Education: Level 4 Diploma in Nursing
- Experience: 2 years and above in childcare teaching
- COC certificate is mandatory
- Excellent Communication and time management skills
