About the Job
Elza Con G.C is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and grow their careers in the construction industry. The selected candidate will support engineering projects and contribute to the successful execution of construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects.
- Support site supervision and ensure work is carried out according to specifications.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and reports.
- Monitor project progress and report on performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management (COTM).
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Basic knowledge of construction principles and engineering practices
