Qualifications
Required
- Over 2 years of experience in client-facing roles (account management, customer success, or service leadership).
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive results in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with a talent for conflict resolution.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Certifications in customer service (e.g., CCMP) or leadership (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis platforms.
