Job Summary
On behalf of our client, a well-known Eye Clinic, we are seeking a qualified and confident Senior Customer Service Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising the customer service team
- Ensuring smooth daily operations
- Delivering excellent client care
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide customer service staff to ensure professional and efficient service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, appointments, and feedback with care and professionalism.
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure smooth client flow within the clinic.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to enhance patient experience.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements when necessary.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate customer service personnel.
- Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Maximum of 4 years of proven experience in customer service, preferably in hospitals, health centers, or clinics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy healthcare environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
