Job Summary
BA Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Officer to lead marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective marketing communication.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
