Clinical Programs Lead - Female ONLY

Job Summary

On behalf of our client (Local NGO), we are seeking an experienced and field-driven Clinical Program Supervisor to oversee the implementation, quality, and performance of multiple clinical projects across field locations. The role requires strong technical oversight, structured supervision, and the ability to ensure measurable health impact through effective program execution.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall supervision and technical leadership for maternal and child health, women’s cancer (including cervical cancer), POP surgical interventions, nutrition, emergency response, WASH, and women’s empowerment projects; conduct frequent field visits to hospitals, health centers, and community sites to ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards; mentor and guide coordinators, clinicians, and field teams to strengthen performance and accountability; monitor service quality, patient follow-up systems, and program outcomes; identify operational and clinical gaps and implement timely corrective actions; oversee data collection, validation, and performance reporting; prepare structured program updates for management and donors; contribute to fundraising efforts and donor engagement initiatives; and ensure all activities are delivered according to approved plans, timelines, and funding requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Licensed Medical Doctor (strongly preferred)
• Proven experience supervising field-based clinical programs
• Demonstrated fundraising experience with knowledge of relevant health-sector donors
• Strong 5+ years of experience in hands-on clinical project implementation
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• Willing and able to travel frequently to field sites
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
