- BSc Degree in Construction Technology & Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in construction project supervision
- Strong ability to manage site operations effectively and efficiently
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, project specifications, and safety regulations
- Deliver projects within defined scope, quality standards, and scheduled timelines
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Ability to identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
