About the Company
Our client is a newly established and forward-thinking manufacturing company, aiming to set new standards in quality and innovation. To support its rapid growth and technical operations, the company is looking for a dedicated and skilled Waterproofing & Epoxy Assistant Consultant with strong experience and hands-on expertise in epoxy, waterproofing systems, and raw material selection.
Key Responsibilities
- Waterproofing & Epoxy Application: Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of waterproofing and epoxy flooring systems across various construction and production sites.
- Technical Supervision: Monitor and inspect site works to ensure proper surface preparation and application techniques, ensuring long-term performance and durability.
- Raw Material Picking & Evaluation:
- Select and recommend the most suitable raw materials for epoxy and waterproofing applications based on project needs and environmental conditions.
- Evaluate quality, compatibility, and performance of materials.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely sourcing of approved products.
- Advisory & Support Role:
- Provide expert advice on materials, tools, and application techniques.
- Work alongside engineers and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
- Training & Development: Support the training of site workers and internal teams on best practices in waterproofing and epoxy applications.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and propose effective, lasting solutions.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare technical reports, inspection notes, and material usage logs for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in waterproofing and epoxy work (industrial, commercial, or large-scale residential projects).
- Strong knowledge of application methods, raw materials, surface prep, and health/safety standards.
- Hands-on experience in selecting and sourcing materials and chemicals used in epoxy and waterproofing.
- Familiarity with different epoxy systems (solvent-based, water-based, self-leveling, etc.).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
