At Biruh Vision Eye Speciality Center, we’re committed to excellence in eye care. Strong financial leadership is key to our mission. We’re currently seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance department, including junior accountants
- Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business goals
- Monitor financial performance and provide detailed analysis and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow, cost control, and optimize financial efficiency
- Oversee audits, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Support leadership with financial insights for decision-making
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax laws
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Healthcare sector experience is an added advantage
