Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, and strengthening customer relationships. The role focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion through strategic account management, solution sales, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities through new sales, upselling, and cross-selling
- Drive adoption of relevant segment solutions and propositions
- Develop and implement strategic account and relationship plans
- Manage customer relationships and ensure consistent performance tracking
- Grow solution sales within assigned accounts through acquisition and penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute customer retention and churn management strategies
- Manage contracts, renewals, and customer correspondence in a timely manner
- Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints
- Coordinate with retail sales teams to support customer needs
- Maintain accurate records and reporting through CRM systems
- Prepare and share customer meeting reports and updates on time
- Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) through strong relationship management and issue resolution

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer or service management for corporate clients
- Understanding of telecommunications products and services
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality service
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and local language (written and spoken)

- Industry certifications such as ITIL, MCP/MCSE, CCNA
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Critical thinking and analytical abilities
