Key Responsibilities:

• Live and work within assigned rural communities.
• Identify key community challenges through engagement and research.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to design and implement development projects.
• Monitor and evaluate project outcomes and impact.
• Build trust and strong relationships with community members.
• Prepare and submit regular reports and presentations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Who Can Apply:

• Age 21 or older at the start of service.
• University Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Physically and emotionally ready to serve for one year in rural Ethiopia.
• Passionate about community service and social impact.
• Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
