Job Description
Peniel Training Institute is seeking a passionate and multi-skilled Creative Media Instructor to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in:
- Film production
- Graphic design
- Video editing
This is a practical, student-centered teaching role aimed at preparing learners for careers in the creative industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical and theoretical lessons in film production, video editing, and graphic design.
- Teach students skills such as scriptwriting, directing, cinematography, editing, and visual storytelling.
- Instruct on tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Introduce motion design and animation fundamentals using industry-standard tools.
- Guide students through hands-on projects, portfolio development, and classroom assignments.
- Monitor student progress, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in building creativity, confidence, and job-ready skills.
- Assist in organizing creative workshops, student showcases, and exams.
Qualifications:
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in film, design, or media production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Working knowledge of animation and motion design techniques.
- Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and instructional skills.
