Job Summary:
The Credit Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting credit products, managing client relationships, and supporting credit operations within the banking or microfinance sector. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, evaluating credit needs, and ensuring proper loan portfolio growth while maintaining risk standards.
Qualification:
- B.A degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or other related fields of study.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit operations within the banking or microfinance sector.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and loan processing.
- Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to assess client financial needs and risks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and credit policies.
