Job Summary
ETMAL CONSULT PLC is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Administrator to manage our investor database and track all communications with potential investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, database management, report generation, and ensuring data accuracy across the Investment Acquisition team.
This role is critical to the success of our investor outreach campaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Database Management: Manage the investor contact list in the CRM system.
- Data Entry: Enter all investor interactions, call notes, and email outcomes into the CRM.
- Data Cleaning: Regularly update and clean the database (remove duplicates, update incorrect contacts).
- Report Generation: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and outreach progress.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Management, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in data entry, database management, or CRM administration.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organized, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Computer: Advanced Excel skills; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Availability: Can start immediately on 8 April 2026.
