On behalf of our client (a Consulting Firm), we are looking for a friendly, proactive, and highly organized Customer Service and Office Admin to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent service to guests and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office. The ideal candidate will be able to greet visitors, showcase our office space, and handle administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they have a positive and professional experience.
- Provide guests with information about the office and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with office administration tasks, including handling calls, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming office environment at all times.
- Coordinate with various departments to support daily operations.
- Handle incoming inquiries, provide customer support, and address guest needs promptly.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and managing office documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage various duties efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
