Job Summary
We’re Hiring! Customer Service Assistant Ascend Tour & Car Rental is looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Assistant to join our team in Addis Ababa. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in customer service and the car rental industry.
What you’ll do:
- Assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and rental processes
- Provide excellent service and maintain strong client relationships
- Support daily office operations and documentation
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth service delivery
What we’re looking for:
- A Female Fresh graduate (no prior experience required – training will be provided)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, professional, and eager to learn
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
