Job Summary:

On behalf of our client We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our client's team as a customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and make them feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, responding to patient inquiries about services, procedures, and policies.
  • Assist patients with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in patient records.
  • Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment.
  • Support the clinic’s administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing payments.
  • Coordinate with the medical team to ensure timely patient care and follow-ups.
  • Promote and provide information on additional services or products offered by the clinic.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns calmly and professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare or eye clinic environment).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, patient-focused, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic office software (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.).
  • Experience with medical terminology or working in an eye care clinic is a plus.
