Job Summary
The Customer Service Officer II is responsible for delivering efficient and professional banking services to customers while ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing banking transactions, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with banking procedures.
- Open, maintain, and update customer accounts and records.
- Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Verify customer documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Support branch operations and contribute to achieving branch performance targets.
- Assist customers with account-related services and banking procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
- 2 years of banking operations experience.
- Knowledge of IFB (Interest-Free Banking) is an advantage.
