Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to provide remote technical support.
- Proven troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving system/software issues.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software tools.
