Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and friendly communication.
- Direct customers to relevant online resources and self-service tools.
- Encourage customers to share their feedback by completing surveys.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Create and maintain detailed reports about customer interactions and feedback.
- Update customer records in the system, including notes and follow-up details.
- Provide recommendations to management to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in two or more local languages is a strong plus.
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with digital tools or fintech platforms are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage.
