Job Summary
We are a leading international company based in Addis Ababa, engaged in the sales and manufacturing of solar inverters, batteries, solar panels, as well as elevators (lifts). We are looking for passionate, energetic, qualified, and active outdoor sales individuals to join our team.
Job Description and Expected Tasks:
- Promote and sell products such as elevators (lifts), solar panels, inverters, and batteries to clients in both residential and commercial sectors.
- Research and identify potential clients, follow up on leads, and convert them into customers.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to explain features and benefits.
- Conduct field visits to meet customers, assess needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Gather feedback from the market to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the supervisor.
- Maintain records of sales activities and submit timely sales reports to the Sales Supervisor.
- Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- Degree in any field or plus point (Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field).
- 0–2 years of sales experience (experience in outdoor sales is an advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel.
- Must be able to start the job soon.
