Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
- Ensure proper installation of gypsum works, partitions, ceilings, painting, flooring, electrical fittings, and finishing works.
- Prepare site reports and progress updates.
- Conduct site measurements and material quantity verification.
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained on site.
- Resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of interior finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
