Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Encoder to accurately input, update, and manage data in our systems. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work efficiently during early morning hours. No interview is required, and selected candidates must be ready to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into computer systems
- Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies
- Maintain data confidentiality and integrity
- Organize and manage digital records efficiently
- Meet daily and weekly data entry targets
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate in any field (fresh graduates only)
- 0 years of work experience required
- Good typing speed and accuracy (highly desired)
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, or similar tools)
- Must be able to work early morning shifts
- Must bring own PC/Laptop
- Must be located around Bole or nearby areas
- Available to start immediately

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 3:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Saturday: Half day
