Deputy Chief Officer, Retail Banking

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields
• For Master’s degree holders: Minimum 9 years of experience, including 4 years in leadership roles
• For Bachelor’s degree holders: Minimum 11 years of experience, including 5 years in leadership roles
• Strong background in retail banking operations and financial services management
• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and multi-department functions
• Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Job Summary

• Lead overall retail banking operations, including branch banking, digital banking, and IFB (Interest-Free Banking)
• Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and improved customer experience
• Oversee multiple departments and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and implement retail banking strategies to enhance market competitiveness
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Monitor performance indicators and ensure achievement of business targets
• Foster innovation in service delivery and digital transformation initiatives
• Strengthen customer relationship management and service quality standards
