New Flower General Trading P.L.C. That Engaged in Different Business Ventures like Coffee Cleaning and Warehousing, Foam Manufacturing, Import & Export, Dry & Liquid Transportation Service, Construction and Vehicles Assembly Is Looking for Competent Employees in the following areas.
A Deputy Finance Manager supports the Finance Manager by overseeing daily financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, tax filing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. They prepare monthly financial reports, manage budgets, monitor cash flow, analyze trends for decision-making, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting in drafting company budgets and monitoring financial performance against forecasts.
- Transactional Oversight: Managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and maintaining the General Ledger.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensuring all financial activities comply with legal standards, policies, and regulations, and assisting with audits.
- Cash Flow Management: Overseeing bank reconciliations, cash flow, and tax filing processes.
- Team Support: Assisting in training staff and covering for the Finance Manager as needed.
- Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
- Predicting future financial trends
- Developing long term plans based on the reports
- Reviewing monitoring and managing budgets
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
- Oversee financial department employees, including cost& budget and accountants
- Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
- Research and analyses financial reports and market trends
- Provide insight full information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
About You
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Generally, 7 years in a similar position or accounting role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
- Competencies: High attention to detail, strong analytical and mathematical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Typical Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant, or similar position.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and regulatory standards (e.g., IFRS).
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
