The Dialysis Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and compassionate dialysis treatment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes, and maintaining high clinical standards. Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer dialysis treatments based on physician prescriptions and clinical protocols.
• Prepare and set up dialysis machines, ensuring proper functionality.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions and respond to complications.
• Provide direct patient care while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Educate patients on treatment processes and lifestyle recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures strictly.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Perform general nursing duties within the clinic.
• Support a positive and team-oriented work environment.

About You

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution
• Valid professional nursing license (mandatory)

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of dialysis experience (required)
