The Dialysis Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and compassionate dialysis treatment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes, and maintaining high clinical standards. The role involves close patient monitoring, collaboration with healthcare teams, and adherence to strict medical protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer dialysis treatments based on physician prescriptions and clinical protocols.
• Prepare and set up dialysis machines, ensuring proper functionality.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions and respond to complications.
• Provide direct patient care while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Educate patients on treatment processes and lifestyle recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures strictly.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Perform general nursing duties within the clinic.
• Support a positive and team-oriented work environment.

About You

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution
• Valid professional nursing license (mandatory)

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of dialysis experience (required)
