Job Summary
We need someone who can turn strategies into results and support the agency in closing client deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement digital marketing strategies across major platforms
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns
- Lead content planning, scheduling, and publishing
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and the CEO for smooth execution
- Communicate with clients professionally and clearly
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
- Improve workflow and system efficiency
- Assist in closing project deals and onboarding new clients
- Participate in sales conversations and present solutions confidently
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of paid ads, content marketing, and social media management
- Experience in sales or client onboarding
- Ability to negotiate and close project deals
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple projects
- Basic familiarity with analytics tools
- Bonus: agency experience
