Job Summary

We need someone who can turn strategies into results and support the agency in closing client deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement digital marketing strategies across major platforms
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns
• Lead content planning, scheduling, and publishing
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and the CEO for smooth execution
• Communicate with clients professionally and clearly
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Improve workflow and system efficiency
• Assist in closing project deals and onboarding new clients
• Participate in sales conversations and present solutions confidently

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of paid ads, content marketing, and social media management
• Experience in sales or client onboarding
• Ability to negotiate and close project deals
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple projects
• Basic familiarity with analytics tools
• Bonus: agency experience
