Role Overview
We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment. If you’re positive, dedicated, driven, and eager to make an impact, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute Chapa’s social media activities and content
- Plan, launch, and optimize SEO initiatives
- Develop and run digital marketing campaigns across channels
- Execute email & SMS marketing strategies
- Measure performance, report insights, and continuously improve results
- Support other digital marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For :
- 2+ years of experience in Digital marketing (agency or in-house)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital campaign tools, and analytics
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Data-minded, results-driven, and eager to learn
- A go-getter with a “get things done” mindset
