Job Description
- Schedule and dispatch trips for NEMT passengers
- Communicate with drivers and passengers via phone, text, or app
- Use dispatch software to manage rides and update trip statuses
- Confirm trip appointments and coordinate changes or cancellations
- Report and resolve any trip issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of trip logs and communications
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills and ability to use dispatch software; must know Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Lives in or near Gotera, Addis Ababa
- Willing to work USA Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
- Willing to work 12 hours
- Experience: 0–1 year
- Education: Any degree
