Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Supermarket Supervisor to help run our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone with retail experience who is ready to take on a leadership position and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations and great customer service
- Support, guide, and train team members to meet store standards
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and help keep shelves well-merchandised
- Ensure health, safety, and store policies are followed
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcome for customers
- Handle customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy retail environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory and store operations
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in retail or supermarket supervision/management is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Any Education Background
