Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented audit professional to lead our internal audit function within the hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in auditing, risk management, and compliance, with the ability to guide and develop a high-performing audit team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee internal audits of hospital operations and financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal policies.
- Identify risks, control gaps, and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the audit team, fostering professional growth and efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to accounting and taxation requirements, including Peachtree and E-Tax compliance.
Qualification:
- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CPA/CIA is an advantage)
- Work Experience: 5 years or more in auditing, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Skills: Strong in internal audit, risk management, Peachtree, E-Tax compliance, and team leadership
- Salary: As per the organization’s scale
- Employment Status: Permanent
